There are always tips on how to get organized, but once I have everything the way I want it, how do I keep it that way?
Here are the Keys to Maintain Organization:
1) Customize
Design the system around your needs and habits. Be creative!
2) Take the Time
Make and take the time to implement the customized system; then schedule time for upkeep (5 minutes a day, 20 minutes a week, or 60 minutes a month).
3) Fine-tune
Once you’ve found a system that works for you and that you are making time for, review the system periodically to adjust to fit your ever-changing life.
4) Get Support
Find someone to be your “buddy”; someone who understands why you want to be organized and who will help you stay on track.
